Dev's Guide to Being Cool
What is Cool!?
The definition of cool is, "fashionably attractive or impressive," taken straight from the little search bar dictionary. You must be sure not to mix this up with the other difinitions that may appear, such as cool temperature, or calmness.
Based on the definition of cool, not many people would be considered cool. This is due to the dictionary being uncool. The real meaning of cool is much more broad. Have you ever been walking down a random sidewalk and you spot some guy in a frog costume jumping down the road. At this point you would normally think to yourself, "Wow, that guy is really cool!" this is where the dictionary definition fails. The frog guy is not “fashionably attractive or impressive" yet is still cool. The definition of cool has evolved throughout the ages and now encompasses individuals that stand out in a crowd in a good way. One can also have a cool personality. If they are kind and caring and express it well, people will often call them cool.
